From the left-hand pane, expand 
Acceptable Use Policies.
Right-click the required Acceptable Use Policy and from the menu, choose Rename.
Type the new name of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Click OK.
Acceptable Use Policies > Managing Acceptable Use Policies > Rename an Acceptable Use Policy
You can rename an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
From the left-hand pane, expand Acceptable Use Policies.
Right-click the required Acceptable Use Policy and from the menu, choose Rename.
Type the new name of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Click OK.
The name of the AUP is updated in the left-hand pane.
